Our menu starts close to home. Much of what we serve is raised or grown here at Liberty Farms, with ingredients changing naturally with the farm and the seasons.

As we open the doors a little early this September, Chef Tom is serving a smaller, evolving bistro menu while we put the final touches on the full TAVERN menu ahead of our October 13th opening.

Expect simple, thoughtful food built around great ingredients, alongside a full bar, cocktails, beer, and wine.

Our current menu changes regularly, so we're keeping a little flexibility for now. Stay tuned for the full menu.

SUNDAYS AT THE TAVERN

Starting in October, Sunday brunch will be served earlier in the day, followed by our Sunday Roast, inspired by the traditional British pub lunch and built around Liberty Farms meats and seasonal sides.

Our regular menu will also be available in the bar on Sundays.
